Services

Websites, brands and business systems. Built personally.

Website design, branding, content and business systems for small businesses and growing brands across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Work directly with Jass, from the first idea to the details after launch.

01

Website design / redesign

A new website or a considered refresh of your current one. Clear pages, stronger presentation, and an easy way for visitors to take the next step.

02

Local business websites

Small business website design for Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Put your services, photos, business information, and contact options in one place customers can trust.

In practice: JMRM Mechanical, an HVAC business, has call and service-request paths side by side; Premium Truck Parts, a family-owned business, pairs its parts and services with quote requests; Little Mario’s Vehicle Security shows its installations and service coverage before the quote form.

  • — Service information
  • — Business photos and contact details
  • — Quote or service requests

03

Real estate / property websites

Single-property websites, agent pages, and real estate business websites. Give a listing its own home with a gallery, property details, and a clear inquiry path.

In practice: Petit Home (6646 Petit Ave), Walnut Cove (9443 McLennan Ave), and the Tiara Showcase (17337 Tiara St) each have their own website with a photo gallery, property details, and a way to ask about the home. A dedicated address is easier to share than a portal link.

  • — Property photo galleries
  • — Listing or business information
  • — Showing and buyer inquiries

04

Branding / logos

A visual identity that connects your website and the rest of your business. Discuss a logo, brand direction, or supporting graphics as part of your project. I also create social media graphics and edit photos and video for your website and social content.

  • — Logo direction
  • — Visual consistency
  • — Website and social graphics
  • — Social media content
  • — Photo and video editing

05

Google Business + Yelp setup

Help with your local business profiles, business details, review setup and presentation. Make it easier for people to recognize your business across your website and local listings.

In practice, this is hands-on help: making sure your business name, hours, phone, and website match between your site, Google Business Profile, and Yelp, and presenting existing reviews on your website. I can help you set up and tidy profiles; I can’t control how Google or Yelp rank them.

  • — Profile setup or cleanup
  • — Consistent business information
  • — Review setup, graphics and presentation

06

Booking / inquiry systems

Make the next step clear: request a quote, ask about availability, apply for coaching, book, or place an order. Booking and ordering needs are scoped around your business and the tools you use.

In practice: Nick Gets Fit uses a coaching application, Sunny Sprouts Event Childcare takes availability requests, Reseda International Rentals takes reservation requests, and KOVA Pilates started with a pre-opening waitlist and now links visitors to its Momence schedule and memberships. Each flow matches how that business actually takes on customers.

  • — Inquiry and lead forms
  • — Booking or availability paths
  • — Applications and quote requests
  • — Ordering flows scoped to your business

07

E-commerce / online shops

Online stores, product sites, and catalogs with a considered shopping journey. Product pages and checkout needs are scoped individually, rather than forced into a basic website package.

In practice: SFVLAB is an online store with product pages, customer accounts, and checkout. Peptide Society is a product catalog with collections, testing documents, and an order-request journey instead of instant checkout.

  • — Product and catalog presentation
  • — Shopping flow
  • — Checkout setup where needed

08

Custom software / business tools

A purpose-built tool for a workflow that needs more than a standard website. Tell me what you need it to do; features, integrations, timeline, and ongoing support are scoped and quoted individually.

  • — Workflow planning
  • — Individually scoped features
  • — Support needs agreed before building

09

Website updates / monthly support

Keep your website current after launch. New photos, services, prices, and pages can be handled with ongoing support instead of starting over each time.

  • — Content and photo updates
  • — New service or price information
  • — Google / Yelp / review help

Before we start

Good questions.
Straight answers.

See starting prices
How much does a website cost?

Simple websites start at $299, single-property websites start at $75, and the Website Care Plan starts at $99/mo. Custom builds, stores, booking, and extra pages are quoted per project. Final pricing depends on the scope.

How long will my website take?

The timeline depends on the pages, features, and how ready your content is. I confirm a realistic timeline with your quote rather than promise the same turnaround for every project.

Can I request edits?

Yes — you work directly with me to discuss the design and content. The revision scope is agreed with your quote; ongoing changes after launch can be handled through website care.

Can you help with my domain and hosting?

Tell me whether you already have a domain or hosting. We can discuss the setup you need and any separate costs before the project starts. No need to guess which package to buy first.

Will the website work on mobile?

A mobile-ready layout is part of the simple website offer. The content and contact paths are designed to work on phones as well as larger screens.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

The Website Care Plan starts at $99/mo and includes ongoing updates, Google / Yelp / review help, and support by text or email. The specific work is discussed around your website.

What do you need from me?

Your business name, services or products, photos, contact information, any existing website or domain, and examples of styles you like. If you are unsure, send the basics and we can work out the next steps.
